UK delivery charges
When you order your Lavolios online, our Standard UK Delivery option is £3.99 per delivery address, irrespective of how many items you order. Please note that on orders of £30.00 or above we might be able to offer free UK delivery.
Before you order, please take a look at this information. If you need to talk to us about your order, please contact us on +44 (0)207 384 0495. We’re open from 10.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) or contact us here and we’ll help you however we can.
UK Standard Delivery – £3.99 (free on orders above £30.00)
Standard UK deliveries take 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday), starting from the first working day following the dispatch date.
UK Next Day Delivery – £7.99
Our courier UK Next Day Delivery option will be delivered to you 1 working day (Monday to Friday) following the dispatch date. If you place an order before 12.00/noon on a working day, we will endeavour to dispatch it on the same day, meaning that you would receive it the next working day. No deliveries on a Saturday.

Parcel delivery: Monday – Saturday
If you are not going to be home within the delivery hours, our courier will leave a calling card for you to rearrange the delivery or to pick up your order. If you know you or your recipients aren’t home during delivery hours, you could arrange delivery to an alternative address instead.
If your goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery, we cannot accept liability.
Business/Hospital addresses
We know that people are busy and can’t always be available to receive a delivery (no matter how delicious it might be), so we’re more than happy to deliver to reception/post room/security areas and accept signatures from authorised representatives.
For deliveries to hospitals, it’s best to check that they will accept the items you’ve ordered.
Correct address/postcodes
We always use the exact address details you enter, so make sure to check you’ve given us the correct information before you place your order. If you’re unsure, try the Post Office address finder, as we can’t accept liability for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
Our products might be delicious but they’re also perishable. We have no control over the temperature or conditions of your order in transit, so cannot accept responsibility for melted/damaged products. All items leave our shop in perfect condition.
International delivery
If you’re ordering for yourself or for a special someone outside of the UK, our delivery time will take up to 10 working days and unfortunately we can’t guarantee delivery on specific dates nor provide tracking outside of the UK (unless previously agreed).
International delivery postage cost
Please contact us directly for large international orders, so that we can confirm prices for courier services to various destinations. From time to time, political situations in some countries might affect delivery to certain destinations.
Customs charges
It’s possible that Customs in other countries may add additional duties or charges, which we have no control over. The charges would be applied in the receiving country, so we cannot predict or influence what they may be. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges should they arise.
We do our best to keep up with what’s happening in countries we deliver to, and we reserve the right to decline an order if we think it will be delivered unsafely, or if we think charges may be imposed.
