Discover All Fine Italian Things With Italy Magazine

As an Italian who’s been living in London (and loving it...) for such a long time, or perhaps I should call myself a “Britalian”, I miss my home country from time to time.

And since I’m so busy making sure I can get you the best Italian handmade luxury confectionery Lavolio, I not always have time to hop on a plane and fly down to the old country.

There are obviously endless options in London for an Italian who misses home, from restaurants and cafes, to exhibitions and events, but one that I always find myself going back to is Italy Magazine.

If you are not familiar with it, and like me, enjoy fine Italian, you should definitely take a look.

In its pages, or web pages, you can find loads of information about a possible trip to Italy you are planning to take, such as help in finding the best hotels and places to stay, great little suggestions on where (and what) to eat, and tips on the hottest shows, events and occasions happening all over the Belpaese.

But Italy Magazine is not just a place you should visit to look for tips when traveling to Italy.

One of my favourite bits from the online magazine is the Cook Italian tab, where you not only find endless Italian recipes, with beautiful pictures to feast your eyes, and easy to follow instructions, but you also have suggestions on the best cooking courses… in Italy!

Imagine spending time this summer in sunny Italy learning how to cook your favourite Italian dishes?

Another option the website offers, is to help you find the perfect places in Italy for your dream Italian wedding. I know I used it when I was busy planning mine!

With the Wedding tab you can get help in not only finding the best location for your special day, but also suggestions on wedding planners, photographers anddj’s.

It’s pretty much a one-stop shop for your big day needs.

And if that’s not enough, Italy Magazine also has loads of interviews with Italians who are making a difference, in and around Italy, as well as articles on various Italian related subjects, to keep you up to date with all things Italian.

Finally, the web magazine, is an ideal place to visit if you’re looking to learn a bit of Italian.

It’s such a romantic and rich language, and I have been told by some of my British friends that, truly, it is a joy to learn.

Italy Magazine can help you find the best teachers and language schools in Italy. That’s a great way to travel and meet new people too!

Wow! This is beginning to sound like I’m Italy Magazine’s editor… or that I sell subscriptions for them…

Jokes aside, if fine Italian, as well as your exquisite artisan-made sweets Lavolio, is something you crave for, Italy Magazine is a great allied to have and so I highly recommend it.

Well, I think this is it for now. I hope today’s blog was helpful if you're a fan of Italy and constantly looking for extra options and I look forward to continuing to offer you a little bit of Italy with your favourite Lavolio!

Ciao!
