As we all have experienced in the past couple of weeks, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly changed our day-to-day life. Everyone is affected by the situation and our thoughts are very much with all of you.
The effect on small businesses
Small businesses are undergoing really challenging times. We all have had to show resilience, some businesses had even changed their business model, and we hope that many will be able to survive. So far, we have been overwhelmed by the amount of love and support we have received from our lovely customers. However, there have been changes for Lavolio Boutique Confectionery as well.
You might know that we decided to close to the public our boutique in Fulham, London. With the unfolding of these exceptional circumstances, I have also made the really difficult decision to temporarily stop taking online orders on our lavolio.com.
Lavolio on Amazon is open!
The good news is that you are still able to shop for my products: the team has been working incredibly hard, and we have been able to move all of our online orders to Amazon. On our Amazon shop, you will be able to find all of your favourite Lavolio collections, from our best-seller Nutty Forest to our sweet and soft Fondant Lovelies.
We try our best to keep it well-stocked at all times, but please note that we expect many of our chocolate treats to sell out very fast. Please, if you would like to support Lavolio on Amazon, keep an eye on the stock levels, and thank you so much for your patience. We always endeavour to provide the best possible customer service to you, regardless of the circumstances.

We have not given up our business completely to Amazon. We have made the decision to fulfil your online orders there because, following government advice and guidance, that was the safest course of action for us to take and for you to still receive your Lavolio goodies.
Our team and you, our lovely customers, are at the heart of the Lavolio family, and we have been hugely grateful and overwhelmed with the support from so many of you in these difficult times.

To keep your "calm", please remember to indulge yourself every once in a while, it is very important to keep ourselves happy and enjoy every little thing that brings us joy, during these uncertain times. No detail or act of kindness is too small now! Together, we will be able to overcome this and move forwards and, hopefully, we will be able to start fulfilling your orders directly and welcome you in our London sweet shop as soon as it is safe for us to do so.
