However, my favourite is Riomaggiore which has great charm! One of the unique places in Italy for an Italian holiday!
To get to these villages with beautiful colourful houses, you will have to take a train or boat from La Spezia, although you can also get there by car. Of course, make sure that the accommodation has parking as it is almost impossible to park in Cinque Terre.
